Leading telco is the main sponsor for the SMB recognition Awards.

SHAH ALAM, 21 JUNE 2007 - DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") today announced its continued support to the SMI Association of Malaysia with the sponsorship of the annual Small Medium Business ("SMB") achievers recognition award, the SMB Recognition Series 2007 ("SMB Award 2007"), that will be held on 23 November 2007.

The SMI Association of Malaysia (SMI) is entering its sixth year in organising its annual outstanding small medium business achievers recognition to the Small Medium Enterprises that achieved excellence in their respective industries and have contributed to the economic growth of the country.

This year's theme, "Towards Global Excellence", fits in with DiGi's aim to support, recognise, benchmark and measure the level of excellence and success of SME of all industries and business sectors in Malaysia.
