DiGi heats up subscribers' music experience with Fahrenheit
Share a stage with top Taiwanese boy band

Shah Alam, 28 April 2009: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DiGi) is lining up an exclusive experience for its customers to get close and personal with Taiwanese boy band, Fahrenheit. In collaboration with HIM International Music, the chart-topping group will be performing at special showcases in Penang (29 May) and Johor Bahru (30 May).

Nikki Lee, Head of Youth Segment, said: "We are aiming to make music more accessible to our customers with a DiGi difference. Our music-loving customers not only get to watch Fahrenheit perform live but share the stage with their favourite band as they play a telematch with the singing quartet. Now, that is a unique experience for any hardcore fan."

DiGi is also breaking new grounds by offering its customers to download Fahrenheit's latest album, "Love You More & More" at only RM9.90 for all 11 tracks of the album.

The first 3,000 customers who download the full album from DiGi Music will receive two (2) exclusive passes each to see the Taiwanese band perform at Highway Autocity in Prai, Penang or at The Zon in Johor Bahru.

DiGi customers, who have purchased the album downloads, are also eligible to participate in the SMS trivia contest about Fahrenheit. Twenty winners with the highest number of questions answered correctly will be selected to play a telematch with the band at each showcase location. The SMS contest ends on 22 May 2009 with each SMS at 50 sen per answer.

Each album download is promotionally priced at RM9.90. Customers can download via web WAP or SMS GET FRH to 2000 to download the album.

Fahrenheit comprises four members (Aaron Yan, Wu Chun, Calvin Chen and Jiro Wang), with each representing a season or temperature that corresponds with their different personalities. The Taiwanese band has achieved much success in the last two years in Southeast Asia. Their latest album, Love You More & More peaked at No. 1 on the G-Music Charts in January 2009.
