DiGi unveils Kota Bharu Edition Prepaid Pack 
Best  prepaid rate in the local market

Kota Bharu, 26 July 2008: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd ("DiGi") reiterates its focus and commitment to customers in Kelantan with the launch of Kota Bharu Edition Pack, a new customised prepaid package that offers the best rate for calls made from Kota Bharu.

Launched by YAM Tengku Amalin A'Ishah Putri binti Sultan Ismail Petra today, Kota Bharu Edition Pack offers subscribers an even lower rate of RM0.25 per minute with a longer validity of 60 days for RM30 and 120 days for RM50.

According to Tunku Alizakri Alias, DiGi's Director of Corporate Affairs, Kota Bharu Edition Pack is a reflection of DiGi's commitment to continuously develop innovative products and services that are relevant to the customers' needs.

"Realising that each community is unique with its own set of requirements, DiGi feels that it is important to address these specific needs by providing customised plans that suit the customers' usage patterns. In fact, Kota Bharu Edition Pack will set new standards for value and savings as well as customer experience in Kota Bharu," said Tunku Alizakri.

He also explained that the launch of Kota Bharu Edition Pack in Kota Bharu is actually the start of a bigger plan that DiGi has in the pipeline for its customers in the East Coast area. Over the next few months, DiGi will embark on an expansion exercise to further enhance its services and network coverage in Kelantan as well as other areas in the East Coast.

Kota Bharu Edition also comes with a money back guarantee promotion. Subscribers who purchased Kota Bharu Edition Pack from 26 July - 8 August 2008 will have the option to return the SIM card within the two weeks if they are unhappy with the promotion. With this launch, DiGi also became the first mobile telecommunications player to offer money back guarantee for a prepaid package.

The money-back guarantee, Tunku Alizakri explained, represents DiGi's confidence in its network quality as well as the best valued service offerings.

Kota Bharu Edition Pack is already available and can be purchased at selected DiGi's authorised dealers in Kota Bharu.

There will be a series of roadshows across Kota Bharu to promote the Kota Bharu Edition Pack, and this includes DiGi GeGeRiuh Carnival on 15 & 16 August 2008.
