The following is a statement issued by the Corporate Communications Department, DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd, 7 March 2006 - DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has received a letter from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission informing that the company has not been successful in its application for 3G spectrum.

DiGi is and will continue to explore all options to the fullest in order to deliver on its commitment to be the most exciting mobile broadband provider in Malaysia.
