DiGi Music LIVE concert back on with The All-American Rejects on 31 October
Bigger venue at Bukit Jalil National Stadium to accommodate larger crowd

SHAH ALAM, 7 October 2009: The US rock band, The All-American Rejects (AAR), has confirmed a new date to perform at DiGi Music LIVE concert. It will now be held on 31 October 2009 at Car Park A of the Bukit Jalil National Stadium.

The newly confirmed date of AAR's performance comes within days of the announcement postponing the concert due to injury sustained by the lead vocalist of the Oklahoma-based band, Tyson Ritter.

DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd's Head of Segments, Koay Chee Keong, said: "We are pleasantly surprised that AAR has reverted with a new date so quickly. It just shows how much the band is looking forward to perform before their fans at DiGi Music LIVE concert.

"Dedications from AAR fans have been pouring in to wish Tyson Ritter a speedy recovery since we opened up the dedication section at our DiGi Music portal. I’m sure that he will appreciate the funny yet heartfelt messages posted there, especially now that the band is set to return and thrill DiGi Music Unlimited customers at the concert."

Loan Cheong, General Manager of Universal Music Malaysia added that the venue of the concert has been switched to Bukit Jalil Stadium's Cark Park A to accommodate a larger crowd. "Prior to the postponement announcement, DiGi Music Unlimited customers have been redeeming their free tickets at a very encouraging rate. We believe that the response will be overwhelming for the 31 October concert."

DiGi Music Unlimited customers, who have collected their free concert tickets, can use the same tickets to attend the concert at Bukit Jalil. The opening acts will still feature Malaysia’s top indie bands - Pop Shuvit, One Buck Short and Disagree.

DiGi Music LIVE concert tickets will be available from DiGi Music kiosks at 1 Utama (GSC level), Sunway Pyramid (First Floor), Asia Cafe Food Court (Subang Jaya) and Sungei Wang Plaza (Concourse Level) from 9 October. Anyone who signs up for DiGi Music Unlimited service at the DiGi Music kiosks can collect the free concert tickets there while stock lasts.

The DiGi Music LIVE concert is one of the highlights of the recently launched DiGi Music Unlimited, which allows unlimited music downloads from www.DiGiMusic.com.my. The website offers an extensive library of songs from two of the world's largest music distributors - Universal Music and Sony Music.

DiGi customers can visit www.DiGiMusic.com.my/live for information and updates about the concert.
