Digi introduces altHR’s People Platform for a seamless onboarding experience

SUBANG JAYA, 22 September 2021 – Today, Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) launched the People Platform, an initiative under its super app, altHR. This is a new feature that provides new altHR customers with a personalised touch to ensure that their onboarding journey isan easy and seamless process.  

With the People Platform, new customers can now request to have a dedicated account manager who will support them for the first 60 days of use on altHR. They will receive assistance in setting up and migrating company accounts, as well as hands-on guidance on how to maximise the wide variety of altHR’s built-in features such as digital sales kits, contactless time tracking, paperless leave, and expense management.

With the People Platform, customers can also access the altHR  Masterclass series, which takes place on a weekly basis for free. The series consists of four Masterclasses covering CoreHR (Monday), What’s Next (Tuesday), Remunerations (Wednesday), and Digital Workplace (Thursday).

“The People Platform is curated based on the feedback that we get from our customers who want to make sure that they are able to implement altHR as quickly and as hassle-free as they can. We believe this new feature offering, together with existing resources such as the altHR Academy will provide a smooth onboarding journey for our customers allowing them to focus on greater productivity and growth for their business. On top of that, the account managers are the team members who developed and built altHR, so customers can rest assured knowing that they will get the best expertise in support during their onboarding period,” said Lee Kathryn, Head of Digi-X.  

Depending on their preferences, customers who prefer to do their own onboarding can still opt for the existing self-serve signup, which includes email support, as well as in-platform tours for HR admins using the altHR system for the very first time. These can be accessed under the altHR Academy, where users and admins will have access to useful video tutorials to help them understand the full range of altHR’s modules and features.
