Digi and Selangor FC launch Bangkit Bersama Red Giants campaign
Fans can enjoy exclusive deals including hattrick of contests, and a refreshed team anthem
SUBANG JAYA, 28 July 2022 – Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) continues to collaborate with the Selangor Football Club (Selangor FC) for the 2022 season with the Bangkit Bersama Red Giants campaign. This initiative aims to create pockets of opportunities to bring the Red Giant fans closer and together, rise to new heights with the team players.
Moreover, to ramp up the fans’ fiery team spirit, there will also be a series of interactive activities and exciting giveaways just for the fans during this 2022 season. Some of the initiatives include the revival of the Merah Kuning anthem, Digi Sokong dan Menang and Skor Bersama Digi contests.
New Life for an Iconic Tune
Having debuted 32 years ago, the Merah Kuning anthem is given a new lease of life alongside an inspiring music video that incorporated a flashback of the club’s history, SFC’s glory days with glimpses of fans then and now. Fans can watch the video on the new Digi Red Giants website and YouTube.
Sokong dan Menang Bersama Digi
Win, lose or draw – loyal fans are behind their team all the way, and Digi wants to reward them for their fierce loyalty! Digi customers simply need to SMS the word ‘SOKONGSFC’ to 68886 on the day of the home match to be rewarded with a mystery gift each time the Selangor team plays at the Liga Super Malaysia matches.
Skor Bersama Digi
Fans who want to be a part of the game can do so by spending a minimum of RM100 at the SFC pop-up store and be in the running to be one of the three lucky fans to be invited onto the pitch during the half time break. These fans will then be given two chances to score a goal. The participant who successfully scored a goal will win a brand-new iPhone 13. Digi customers will get an extra chance, increasing their chances of walking away as the winner.

From 31 July to 15 October 2022, fans of the Red Giants will be able to cheer on the team via the Digi Red Giants website, www.digi.com.my/sfc that will provide fans with details on the Merah Kuning anthem project, Digi Sokong dan Menang, Skor Bersama Digi and stay up to date with home and away match fixtures.
